QRider provides category, item, price, image, language and QR link management for businesses that present menus. It is not an ordering, guest payment, booking or point-of-sale system. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, descriptions and allergen information, and for the right to use uploaded images.
Membership and payment
Business membership costs USD 49 per year for one business. There is no free trial. After creating an account, you can explore the live demo. Menu editing, design, preview, image uploads, QR downloads and publishing become available after payment is verified. Review the checkout total before confirming payment.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled. You can cancel renewal through subscription management on the membership page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. When active membership ends, the published menu is hidden from guests; your menu records are not deleted and can be used again after you subscribe. Contact support with refund requests.
Account security and support
Protect your sign-in details and grant access only to authorized team members. Report technical issues through the support channel, including your menu link and the time the issue occurred.
