Every menu in the hotel, in your guests' language.

Breakfast room, restaurant, pool bar, room service: a hotel runs several menus for guests from many countries. QRider keeps them all on one panel, each with its own QR code, and lets guests read them in their own language.

What changes with a QR menu

One plan, every outlet

Breakfast, restaurant, bar and room service can each have their own menu and QR code; the plan covers 5 stores and 5 QR menus.

Up to 8 languages

Write each menu in up to 8 languages. Guests switch language on the menu; anything not yet translated falls back to your main language.

No reprints in the rooms

Put the room service QR code on the in-room card once. When a price or a dish changes, the card stays the same.

Allergens on every dish

List allergens on each item so guests with allergies can check before they ask the staff.

One annual plan

$29$49USD / year

For the first 50 businesses only. You pay USD 29 every year for as long as you stay subscribed. 5 stores and 5 QR menus, 8 menu languages, no app for guests. No free trial; try the live demo first.

Questions

Can guests order room service through the menu?

No. QRider is a menu only. Guests read the menu on their phone and order by phone or at the desk as they do today.

Are translations automatic?

No. Your team writes each translation, so dish names and allergens say exactly what you mean. Missing translations fall back to the main language.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The menu opens in the phone's browser when they scan the QR code, on the hotel Wi‑Fi or their own data.
